Noel is 10 yrs old.  He lives with his sister at Eagles Nest.  His father died in 2017 leaving their mother to provide for them.  After spending all their savings on medical bills she was forced to take two jobs to survive.  Noel and Diana came to Eagles Nest where they are loved and looked after.  Their mother now works one job and visit as often as she can.
