Chloe is a single mom.  She and Jonathan came to the women's shelter two years ago with nowhere to go.  She became pregnant while working in a factory at 16yr old.  Her boy friend was 21.  Sadly the relationship didn't work out and Chloe came to our shelter.  However, in our shelter, she has begun a new life.
